Ally’s Divine Cremefluence is a brand deeply rooted in its customers. Rather than being a direct reflection of its founder, Allison, it is shaped by the ideas and requests of those who use and love the products. The inspiration for creating these products, however, comes from a personal place—one that has been both healing and transformative.

The name “Cremefluence” was born from an earlier venture. Allison had been experimenting with her own version of Irish cream and was searching for the perfect name when a close friend stepped in. He pointed out that she was “so divine” and, tying it back to the creamy nature of the drink, coined the word *Cremefluence*. With Ally being short for Allison, the name stuck. Long before soaps were even in the picture, the name had already taken shape, and when it came time to register the business, she included “product” in the branding to ensure she could pursue both passions.
Balancing a full-time job from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Allison has managed to carve out time for her soap-making without feeling overwhelmed. With no young children to care for after work, she has found a rhythm that allows her to pour energy into her craft. What began as a personal project, however, was born from a much deeper struggle.

Depression led her to soap-making. One day, while scrolling through YouTube, she stumbled upon a video tutorial on homemade soaps. Intrigued, she decided to give it a try. The process became therapeutic, lifting her spirits in a way she hadn’t expected. Encouraged by how much better she felt, she continued making soaps, sharing samples with coworkers to gather feedback. Their responses were overwhelmingly positive, with one colleague even suggesting she start selling them. And so, a business was born.
For Allison, success isn’t measured in extravagant milestones but in the impact her products have on others. Hearing customers share how well her soaps work is the greatest achievement, especially as a small business owner navigating an often competitive market. The journey has also come with lessons—learning to be brave, outspoken, and confident, and most importantly, believing in herself.

She firmly believes that a business is what the owner makes of it, but a brand is what the customers create. Without them, there is no business. This philosophy is at the core of Ally’s Divine Cremefluence, where products are designed with the customer in mind, using natural ingredients found around the house. Affordability and sustainability are key factors, ensuring that quality skincare remains accessible.
Looking beyond her brand, Allison sees a need for more unity within the local business community. Competition often leads to undercutting rather than support, and she hopes to see a shift towards togetherness.
While she has yet to attend a pop-up market, her journey is far from over. The focus now is on acquiring essential equipment to expand production. Once everything is in place, she will be ready to take Ally’s Divine Cremefluence to the next level.
