Thriving Life Therapy Practice is more than a counselling service – it’s a quiet, powerful movement to help people feel whole again. Founded by Nadiège Honoré-Wellington, the practice was born from a deeply personal desire to support others through life’s challenges with compassion, honesty and hope. It is a space for real conversations, deep healing and gentle reminders that no matter what you’re carrying, you’re not alone.
At the heart of Thriving Life Therapy is the belief that we all deserve to live lives that feel balanced, fulfilling and connected. Nadiège’s approach is warm, relatable and grounded in evidence-based therapeutic techniques. But what truly sets the practice apart is the energy she brings into every interaction – one that says: “You matter, your feelings matter and you don’t have to figure everything out on your own.” Whether a client is battling anxiety, navigating a difficult relationship, feeling overwhelmed by stress or just feeling stuck, they’re met with empathy, honesty and real tools to help them move forward.

The name Thriving Life Therapy wasn’t chosen at random. It was intentionally selected by Nadiège to reflect the ultimate goal she holds for every client: to thrive. Not just survive or get through the day, but to live a life that feels meaningful, joyful and grounded in purpose. That simple, powerful vision guides everything she does – whether she’s supporting someone in a one-on-one session, speaking to a room full of professionals during a workshop or hosting a wellness event.
Though the practice is currently part-time, it’s growing steadily – and making an impact. Nadiège juggles a full-time job alongside her business, all while being a wife and mother. It’s a lot to manage but she’s found a rhythm that allows her to show up fully for her clients and her family. The schedule continues to evolve, especially as her client base grows and new opportunities arise. Despite the challenges, she remains grounded in her mission – and she’s proud of what she’s been able to build.

Nadiège’s path to this work wasn’t a straight line. She always knew she wanted to help people but it took time to discover what that would look like. After earning her Master’s in Counselling Psychology, she felt drawn to create something of her own – a space where she could connect with others on a human level, free of judgement, filled with empathy. It was during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, when so many were struggling with loneliness, depression and fear, that her calling became crystal clear. She knew she had the tools and the heart to help. So, in the middle of lockdowns and uncertainty, she launched her practice and began showing up for those who needed her most.

Since then, Nadiège has worked with nearly 200 individual clients and delivered wellness workshops to over 300 people across various organisations. She’s launched an online course and this year, is hosting her first in-person event: Sip and Thrive: Mother’s Day Edition, a beautiful, affirming space for women to pause, connect and pour back into themselves. Each of these milestones reflects her commitment to creating safe, inclusive and empowering spaces where people can care for their mental health and feel seen in their wholeness.
But like most entrepreneurs, Nadiège has had her share of learning moments. One of the biggest? Realising that things won’t always go as planned and that’s okay. It’s okay to pivot. It’s okay to ask for help. It’s okay to not have it all figured out. What matters is remembering your “why” and giving yourself the same grace you give to others.

To Nadiège, a brand is more than colours and logos. It’s how people feel when they engage with her practice. It’s the emotional imprint left behind after a conversation, a post, or a therapy session. The business is the framework – the service delivery and logistics. But the brand is the heart. It’s the soul. And for Thriving Life Therapy, that heart beats with warmth, trust and encouragement.
While she hasn’t yet participated in markets or hosted pop-ups, given the nature of mental health services , she’s open to exploring opportunities where she can show up and connect with others in meaningful, relevant ways. Because at the end of the day, this work is all about people.

And here in Trinidad and Tobago, the need for this kind of support is growing. Mental health still carries a heavy stigma. Too many people suffer in silence, afraid of being judged or seen as “weak” for admitting they’re struggling. But the truth is, taking care of your mental health is one of the bravest, most empowering things you can do.
In a culture that often praises pushing through and pretending to be okay, Thriving Life Therapy offers something different. A pause. A breath. A gentle invitation to start again. Nadiège Honouré-Wellington is not just a therapist – she’s a guide, a cheerleader and a reminder that healing is possible.
And if you’ve been thinking about therapy, wondering if it’s time to reach out, consider this your sign. Your mental health matters. You matter. And you don’t have to walk this journey alone.

Amazing Congratulations and all the best for a successful and impactful business
