This Mother’s Day, Thriving Life Therapy invites you – yes, you, the mother who’s always putting others first – to take an intentional pause and pour into your own emotional wellness. Their upcoming event, Sip and Thrive: Mother’s Day Edition, is designed to help you reconnect with your inner self, reflect and gently recharge in the presence of women who understand your journey.
Set against the peaceful backdrop of Molay Marketplace in Petit Valley, this evening is less about escaping motherhood and more about embracing yourself within it. It’s a space where you’ll sip something warm (or bubbly), slow down and settle into heartfelt conversation about the real, raw and beautiful experience of being a mum.

During the event, guests will explore key themes like self-compassion, emotional boundaries and burnout recovery, all guided with warmth and care. You’ll be reminded that you’re not alone and that your wellbeing matters. The goal? That every woman leaves feeling lighter, heard and more grounded in herself.
Tickets are $57 USD / $400 TTD. Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal or WiPay and registration is available online right here. Space is intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate and meaningful.
Thriving Life Therapy was founded by Nadiège Honoré-Wellington, a psychologist, mentor and mother with over 12 years of experience supporting adolescents, adults and families. Nadiège holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family and is known for her compassionate, culturally grounded and collaborative approach to therapy. Her practice is rooted in helping women and teen girls regain control and rise above the weight of anxiety, depression and emotional distress.

Nadiège’s life experiences as a national and collegiate athlete, mentor, wife, mother and friend have shaped her belief that women are incredibly strong and resilient and with the right support, can charter their own destinies. Her work focuses on building strengths, improving emotional wellbeing and helping overwhelmed mothers develop tools and strategies to truly care for themselves, establish healthy boundaries and nurture stronger relationships. She’s also trained in crisis intervention and certified as a Youth Mental Health First Aider, bringing a trauma-informed lens to her sessions.
Sip and Thrive is an extension of her mission – bringing therapeutic care into real-life spaces and offering mothers a safe place to reflect, heal and be supported.
The venue, Molay Marketplace, is a hidden gem in Petit Valley – stylish, tranquil and thoughtfully designed. It’s home to a collection of artisan brands, wellness experiences and creative events and serves as the perfect environment for slowing down and coming back to yourself. Just stepping into the space feels like an exhale.

So this Mother’s Day, give yourself a different kind of gift. One that doesn’t come wrapped in paper, but in presence. Join Sip and Thrive for an evening that’s equal parts gentle, joyful and grounding. Come as you are and leave feeling more like yourself.
